My name is Callum Booth

Booth Property Management is owned by Director, Callum Booth. Callum has been interested in property from a young age and bought his first house when he was 18. He then invested in several buy to lets (BTL) after this and gained property qualifications whilst still playing football professionally. Callum has always managed his own BTLs and enjoyed dealing with people and managing the properties. Over the years, he has built up a lot of contacts both financial and property maintenance related, all whilst continuing to study. The latest exam Callum passed was Level 6 in Residential Letting and Property Management which allowed him to register as a lettings agent through the Scottish Government.

Callum and his team are very confident their fees won’t be beaten. Above all, they are honest and hard working and want to make your rental a success. Callum knows being a landlord can be stressful, so aims to take any worry associated with managing a property away from you. Booth Property Management will be the first point of contact for your tenants and take their calls 24/7, regarding any issues they may have from a blocked sink too problems with neighbours. They also visit the property every 6 months to ensure it is well looked after and provide you with a report of our findings.
